Return Policy
We accept cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. Once the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, and must be in its original packaging. You will need a receipt or proof of purchase for returns. Please consult our customer service to ensure that you are sending the package to the correct address.

Customized or personalized items are not eligible for a 14-day refund.
If the return is caused by the consumer's own reasons, the consumer should bear the shipping costs. The specific costs depend on the courier you choose.
If the item received is damaged or the information is inaccurate due to our reasons, the consumer does not need to bear the resulting shipping costs.
There is no restocking fee for returns.
